All ammo that is rated by a major organization has a maximum pressure spec.
Your CZ can fire all ammo rated by SAAMI and CIP safely, but the point made of higher pressure ammo wearing your gun faster is certainly valid. NATO ammo is limited to RN ball ammo and requires more pressure/velocity to be effective in a military scenario.
SAAMI standard ammo has a max pressure of about 35,000 psi. NATO ammo is rated at 36,500. SAAMI +P is rated at 38,500 psi. CIP rating is slightly below SAAMI.
There are many SD rounds available now that testing has shown to deliver adequate expansion without the additional pressure, so the question becomes why use 'more' if you don't have to.
Milder ammo will allow better accuracy in all cases particularly when related to follow up shots.
All this said, I don't think the number of rounds you currently have will significantly shorten the life of your pistol and I'd use them up. Simply consider the benefit/downside factor of your choices for the long haul.
