Yes, and fully transferrable guns are pre Hughes Amendment. I will ask him these questions to.make sure the forum isn't hosting pics of federal violations. I work in prison -no desire to live there. I will check with CZ if they sell Scorpion dealer samples. Would.be nice to know, anyway.  :-)

Scorpion Evo 3 can never be "transferable" since it was designed and produced decades after transferable MGs were frozen in USA, thanks to the wonderful Mr. Hughes and midnight Congress shenanigans.

Barring massive changes in our firearm laws.   But that is not completely a fantasy scenario.   Concealed carry permits seem to be available in most states.   Suppressors now seem okay, just like in Europe, no longer a weapon of choice of assassins, and many manufacturers make models for suppressor use.

Marijuana now appears to be okay in several states, despite being illegal on Federal level.  Gays can marry and have equal rights and those who refuse them service can be sued for discrimination.  Illegals can get benefits of American citizens and may even get an amnesty citizenship.

We hold an 07/02 we built it because while dealer samples will be available to order it is taking somewhat longer than we hoped so when the pistol became available we made our own as we are licensed and free to do so to use until the samples are finally available.

The reason it takes some time for the samples is that CZ cannot import them until the transfer to a dealer or agency in the US is allowed to have one transferred in, therefore the process is somewhat long and involved

While I won't give details the conversion to us was straightforward

Every new day that I'm involved with my new hobby I encounter more idiotic "common sense gun laws".

I recently got a C&R license and the gubmint sent me a 240 page booklet of single spaced lawyered up mumbo-jumbo encyclopedia of "common sense gun laws".

There is a common saying that "ignorance of the law is no excuse" but that phrase originated in the day when the extent of our written laws could be summed up with the simple idea of "Do no harm".   Now days with the stacks upon stacks of books stuffed with laws that would overflow the shelves of a large city library I assert that "ignorance of the law" is unavoidable and fully to be expected.

Lousy fast cell phone pic right before I took off for work, picked it up right beforehand. That's the CZ-USA branded NEBO light, very nice bright light, has on and strobe settings. Uses one CR123 battery, need to get some more of those. This one is an improved model over my older NEBO, because the new one has another rail underneath it, (see it next to my hat), and the one I have on my P-09 does not, which is no big deal for me. The positioning was strictly for camera, haven't figured out the best spot for it or the forward hand stop yet.

...Did I mention I got the SIG Brace Adapter??? 8) I will see how easy that is to install tomorrow morning. Mag IS one of the rare 30 rounders.
Can't wait for some range time. :)

The NEBO light is available from CZ-USA here...http://shop.cz-usa.com/ProductDetail/19760_Nebo-Protec-Elite-Firearm-Light

Shown here with a wee bit more detail. You might have noticed I moved the hand stop - trying things out. Also pictured is the very heavy and sturdy SIG Brace Adapter. Using the provided cleaning kit, it could be a cleaning kit holder as well - the Scorpion came with a Bore Snake. ;)

Verrrrrry jealous!

Website doesn't state that the NEBO fits the Scorpion. I guess you got lucky Mr. A ::)

NEBO, probably made in China and  branded with CZ-USA logo.

do you have any Surefires to compare its quality/performance?

its relatively cheap at 49.99, but there are couple of negative (light does not work or stopped working, you get what you pay for) comments under movie that is listed on the CZ-USA website.

I have  Surefire G2 Nitrolon flashlight, and the NEBO seems to hold a charge longer with one battery than the G2 does with 2. Very bright, easy to use. Yes, not the highest quality light, but I'm not loaded with cash, either. :) The one I use on my P-09 has been working just fine for a few years.
pokemon, very nice, sir, I've been curious about using the AFG, might look into it later if the Hand Stop doesn't fit the bill.
