 Looking for history on the 99021 becoming available to public. Who reneged on that contract and why might be privileged info but I am curious. It was a small order. Was CZ stood up for another manufacturer, if so what model? The only drawback was the sights, which I replaced before firing one round. Just wanna know.

OP, if you put CZ 99021 in a search engine, you will get multiple links although I didn't find any that addressed your specific questions.
