In a previous post it looks like the slide stop is the only thing different on the 85 Combat. So a SP01/Shadow1/Shadow 2 ejector/sear cage should fit correct.
Thanks,

The ejector is made into the sear cage, right? On my CZ75 types it is. I believe there are different sear cages. I've see them with different numbers stamped into them. I don't believe I've ever read exactly why they are different.

Yes the ejector/sear cage are integral. I have since corrected my original post. I know they make a different ejector sear cage for the TS but the SP01/Shadow 1 & 2 are the same part. Just thinking this one will fit the 85 Combat but just want some clarification for anyone who may have experienced this change?

I believe all the ambi safety 75 series guns use the same ejector/sear cage.

I recently rebuilt a friend’s 85C. The hammer (worn down hooks) and the safety (the lobe of which had been incorrectly filed by someone else trying to do a trigger job on it) were malfunctioning. Trying to get a replacement safety was an issue, it would have taken about 6 months to get a replacement. What I did was replace the hammer with a new comp hammer and replaced the ejector/sear with one from one of my Shadow 2’s and then used the safety control off of the Shadow 2 as the safety from the 85C only works with the 85C ejector and the 85C ejector doesn’t work with the Shadow 2 safety. https://youtu.be/fIdzXWZewOs

There are two main types of Sear Cage/Safety Levers for the CZ 75 variant safety models. The Spindle Style and the D Style. This is because different CZ safety models use different safety lever interface designs. For clarity, when i say safety interface, i am talking about how the left and right side safety levers lock together and work as one part.
The CZ SP-01, SP-01 Shadow and variants use a D style safety lever interface and a D style Sear Cage.
The CZ 75 SA, 75 Stainless, CZ 85 B and 85 Combat use a Spindle style safety interface and a Spindle style sear cage.
Though you can use ether style in any of the listed models, the safety interface style must match the Sear Cage.
There are a few more safety lever options for the D style sear cage, this is why some folks choose to change out the sear cage to a D style so that they can make use of the added options.
