Hi all,
I recently acquired a used TS and the trigger reset was very weak, almost imperceptible. I pulled the trigger bar out last night to polish it, and while the pull is better, the reset is even worse. Sometimes I'm not sure it has even reset (it always does), as I can't feel it at all or hear. This seems to happen about 50% of the time.
Any thoughts on what might be causing this and what I can do to fix it. I am wondering if the trigger return spring is worn out and just needs replacing.
Thanks!

In a CZ Tac Sport the TRS serves not only to return the trigger (like a 75) but also provides up tension on the trigger bar. Its a fair bet that replacing it could increase the trigger bar up tension along with it the reset. Now what i am unclear on is the adjustability of the up tension on an existing Tac Sport TRS. Anyone ever tried to adjust one?
I am not aware of any Tac Sport TRS options other than the factory TRS.

Replace it with a new trigger spring. There?s no other trigger spring available for the ts/TSO/cm other than the factory spring.

Thanks guys!! Will swap it when I put the new trigger on and report back.

Quick question what parts do you need to remove to get the trigger bar out of the tactical sport? Do you need to remove more then just the trigger pin to get it out?
If so what’s the order. Thanks again Thanks guys!! Will swap it when I put the new trigger on and report back.

You may be able to pull the trigger/trigger bar out without pulling the sear cage but I haven't tried it. I would pull the grips, magwell, magbrake, main spring, safeties, sear cage, and then trigger. Make sure you don't loose the sear cage springs that are on the back of the sear cage (only found on the TS variants). You might as well deep clean it while apart.
Cheers,
Toby
