I?ve wanted to get a P10 since I shot a friends at our range. I hadn?t gotten one yet as I just don?t have the need (or space in the safe) for 1 more thing.....but, i got a crazy good deal off GB and it will be in hand shortly. I believe is is a Gen 1 (serial # C271xxx) with an HBI trigger installed. Otherwise I believe it is stock.
I went to the CGW ?candystore? and looked over the parts available. Other than the anti-rotation kit - and I am assuming I should just install this to avoid any problems, not that there is one - what other parts should I replace from the get-go....
Thanks in advance for your help / thoughts

Think about their stainless guide rod. It did make a difference with recoil.

CGW carries a P10 striker that may prove to be more durable than the OFM one. I put one in mine for peace of mind and kept the original as a spare.

I threw pretty much everything in mine that CGW has, so I'm probably not the right person to ask.
Mine needed breaking in before it would run with a lighter recoil spring. One thing to do is remove and reinstall the OEM guide rod screw with some blue loctite. Otherwise, it will come lose and possibly lock the slide.
Aside from the anti-rotation kit, I think the CGW striker is worthwhile. Also consider the 10150 T-Block as the OEM part is plastic. Other than that, I'd just shoot it and know that CGW has parts to remedy any potential issue.

The OEM guide rod screw being Loc Tited only applies only if I don?t replace it with a SS rod, as the OEM is a capitve spring assembly, correct?
Thanks for the replies, I had a list of all of those items started....

Yes, loctite only if you keep the OEM guide rod.

I put in pretty much everything CGW offers for the P10c except the guide rod
and I went with a Dawson front sight with a CZ Custom rear sight and HBI striker spring.
It didn't need any thing, it's just what I wanted...
If it's an older model, the anti rotation kit and striker could be worth while if its
more than a range gun.
They're good shooters, enjoy!
