Treading on thin ice here...I'll say it this way. Were I forced to choose between the following three handguns for any purpose, there would be little deviation.
CZ-SP-01 Tactical 9mm
CZ P-09 9mm
CZ P-10 (any version) 9mm
Suffice it to say, P-10 would be last, every time. Frankly, I would choose other brands before it. To me it feels cheap, I don't like the grip, trigger is OK, slide release is...less than optimum. There is room in this world for a lot of opinions, and I flat don't like the P-10. IMO, CZ fell down on this one. Oh, and yes, I have owned and fired them.

Only plastic CZ I?d own at this point is a Phantom, and that?s mostly because of it?s shared 75 platform + the weight savings.
Thankfully there are plenty of other good guns out in the world that aren?t made by CZ, so you aren?t limited to only those 3.
How?s that for heretical [emoji883]

I could not agree more. That was perfectly written.

P10 is least cz like, so if your taste runs to da/sa hammer guns then your analysis makes sense. However, coming from a guy who has also run a ton o glocks, you need to acknowledge that p10 is aimed at glock, not at fitting a family resemblance with cz. In that light, I think p10 is an excellent competitor to g19. Trigger is far better than on the p19. I like my p10c and have used it to stomp glock shooters at the range. Wouldn't want to face myself carrying the p10c against my spo1 but I'd feel as confident with p10 as with a glock.

I see them at the gun shows. In my mind I say, "Oh, another P10. Where are the nicer CZ's??"
Having come to CZ's (P07/P09) after being disappointed with the accuracy of M&P's, XDM's and Glock's I don't have a good reason for wanting to spend money and time on another striker fired plastic framed pistol - especially not when I've got the P07 and P09 pistols.
If someone else buys a P10 rather than a hammer fired CZ, that's fine by me. More CZ's for me to look at/consider.

I like the P10C, enough so that I?ve been carrying it for over a year now. It fits my hand really well, and for me it?s the perfect combination of concealability, shootability, weight, and capacity.
I also have a CZC tricked out 75 Shadow and today got a Shadow 2. For me, and this is coming from somebody that used to EDC a 4? Officer sized .45 1911, the 75 Shadow it too big and heavy for EDC. I tried it with a few different holsters and never really took to it.
My steel framed CZs are for gun games. The P10C along with a Glock 43 are my two EDC guns that I rotate between depending on the circumstances. That said, there may or may not be a full size 1911 or three in various drawers placed around my house.

I'm personally still not interested in a striker fired gun, just not my thing. Like it or not though the P10 is the future of CZ as with most guns makers now and going forward that's the basket I see CZ putting their eggs in. New tech and accessories will be in the P series.
We just have to face the fact that military and law enforcement agencies are all in when it comes to striker fired pistols today.

Nothing wrong with not liking a particular pistol - the beauty of diversity is everyone can find "the one" out there that works for them...or, the five. ;)

I much prefer my steel framed 75's and generally don't care for striker fired pistols. But. . .
What lead me to the P10 was in fact the P-07. I picked the 07 up in a trade, and found myself carrying it more than my P-01 even though I preferred the ergos of the 01. If the 07 had palm swells it would be in my holster instead of the P10.
For me, switching between the 07 for carry and 75's for matches wasn't comfortable- too much difference in trigger feel. P10 to 75 is a much easier transition. I have to admit though, I find myself grabbing the P10 for matches as well. I almost feel guilty when I reach past my 75.

When I set out to find a replacement for my bedside gun, the Sig P320, I had settled on the P10C, based only on reviews. However, when I finally handled one, I wasn't so convinced, though I would've preferred it over my Sig only for ergonomics. Searching for a local P10C also exposed me to CZ's hammer and steel options, and I quickly turned away from the P10C. I was undecided between the 75, P-01, and SP-01. Well, only due to circumstances, I ended up with the Shadow 2.
I still plan to pick up the 75, SP-01, and maybe the P-01. But I won't be looking at the P10C anymore.
