Smaller court and only addresses the one guy, but it's precedent. In short a guy violated a window tint law in 1988, a misdemeanor, and for some reason this barred him for life for owning a firearm? Overturned.

In our government's current political environment, we should all appreciate any case in the win column. Those that deny our constitution celebrate any victory, no matter small or illogical it may seem. Miss occasional cortex would be dancing on the rooftops.

When it comes to the Second Amendment remember that dedication, commitment and perseverance is required. The politicians will never stop trying to take our guns away. Every win, no matter how small, is critical.
