slide stuck with barrel and slide spring guide extended. help

slide stuck forwards, like it wont come off the gun? or slide stuck back like you were locking it open?

Be very careful!  There is probably a live round jammed into the barrel.  Most likely a long round against the rifling or an improper crimp.  Slightly out of battery.
