Ordered this gun on Tuesday and got a call first thing Friday morning that it had arrived.
My first CZ. I took it to the range this morning and it performed dang good. Shooting about an inch left (5 yards - standing in shooting position, and kneeling with my arms on the bench).
It's a fine piece and I'm glad I bought it. Not sure if I even need to worry about a trigger job, to be honest.

Congrats - the P-series Omegas are a blast to shoot. Easy to work on as well.

I have to adjust the rear sight ever so slightly. I see there's a set screw so that's no biggie.
I'll prowl around the sight to find more info on home gunsmithing for this model. I have a habit of polishing internals with 1000-1500 grit wet/dry paper.

So it looks like the P-07's are shipping with that new P-10 reversible mag cutout in the mags now?
I was looking for good deals on some leftover P-10 mags without that cutout, since they work fine in a P-07 (or an older P-10) but I couldn't find any selling for cheap. So I ordered a couple of P-07 mags from gregcotellc for regular price, along with a couple of +2 adapters for them.

I need to get another magazine. I like to have 3 for each pistol.

Don't want to feed your expenses, but if we lose the next Presidential election anything over 10 rounds will go away in a fortnight. Some of us remember those days.

Have had my P07 about 2 years 0 (zero) malfunctions. Trigger was a little rough OOB, but pretty nice after 1000 rounds, polishing, and another 1000. My wife loved it and got her own in ODG.
In addition to the factory night sights, the trigger on hers is fantastic OOB ! I may be tempted to do some polishing on it if I encounter an evening of excessive boredom.
I'm still dismayed that we could swap pistols and she'd still outshoot me. Getting old ain't all fun !

I like at least 10 per pistol with an additional 4 or so designated for constant range use.

Some of the mags for my other pistols are $40+ each.. If I had to choose between spending $400 on mags or adding a new piece to the collection, I'm choosing the gun..... cuz I have a gun buying illness. ;D

Yeah mags can get pricey but if they ever get another mag capacity ban shoved up our tails again those $40 mags will be $200 maybe more. Seen it happen. History repeats itself with predictable regularity.
The worst of it is when it happens again we probably will not be lucky enough to have a sunset date on it.

Congrats! I'd like to pick one of those up myself. How does the OD Green look in person? Is it dark or more on the bright side?

I have two P-07's, a standard black one from 2017, and a OD Green from 2018. I like them both. I swap them out between range/dryfire duty and carry duty every six months or so. It also lets me tinker around with one, to test new CGW parts or whatever, while keeping the other one operational.
Since they both came with two mags, I have four P-07 mags. I carry one in the gun and a second one in the mag pouch. I occasionally dump the carry ammo out of them at the range, to test them, but they don't see a lot of action. A third one is an empty spare in case one of those has issues and needs to be swapped out. A fourth one I keep empty with a mag block (also prevents slide lockback) and orange tape on the base just for dry fire drills.
Then I have two P-10 C magazines that I use and abuse at the range regularly. I got a better deal on them than what P-07 mags were selling for at the time.
Then I just ordered two new P-07 mags with +2 adapters. I'm thinking I'll load 34 rounds into those and carry them in a dual mag carrier occasionally.

Quite true.. as much as the dems would like to make "high capacity mags" illegal, the problem is, there's too many out there with no real way to track them..The best they could do is a 10 rnd limit..in that case, pistols like.45's start to make sense, I have a couple just for that reason, as I don't trust neutered, 9mm,15 rnd mags.. 8-10 rnds of 230gr gold dots should work quite well.. Another thing too, mags are disposable, wear items,so, it makes sense to have at least 8-10 on hand..just in case..
I'd really like to see CZmake a P07 sized pistol in .45..
