More confirmation that the 40 has been dead for a while.  Cheap guns, mags etc. 

(Not a rap on it, just reality).

I suppose these do NOT work with 9mm...

I have a PO-7 Duty 40 with these magazines and bought a PO-7 Duty full upper from CZ  several years ago and swap out uppers shooting both 40 and 9mm using the original 40 12 round magazines.  They shoot the 9mm with the 40 mags with no issues, feeds and works great.  I got the idea they would probably work because one of my CZ clones has 40 SW on one side of the mag and 9mm on the other side. Sure enough they did.
