Is there any place that I can buy a adapter plate to installed a red dot all ready set up for my Kadet 2 on a shadow 2?

Springer Precision sells an adapter plate that can be modified to fit a Kade-2. It takes a little work with a file. CZ Customs sells an un-drilled plate for the Shadow-2 which will also fit on a Kadet-2. You'll need to drill and tap that one. One final candidate comes from Italy, it's the Toni System. CZC also has a Shadow plate drilled for a few different sights.

EGW has plates for several red dots. That's what I'm running on mine.

For example, if you're running a Vortex, you'd want to look at this one:

The dovetail mount from Springer or EGW will work great for a MRDS, especially on a Kadet. I had an Ultradot on my Ruger 22/45 rail so I decided to duplicate that mount on the Kadet, maybe 5 years ago. I got a universal rail kit at Academy Sports, cut a section for the top of the Kadet slide, removed the barrel, drilled and tapped the slide for the screws, installed the rail section and put an Ultradot Micro HD sight on it. Has worked perfectly for years. I took a chance on getting the rail perfectly straight and level on the slide, but did it OK using only a drill press. I used a rail section that had a lengthwise slot and I can remove the red dot and use the irons whenever I want. Zero barely changes when the red dot is put back on. I put enough rail on the gun so that I could use the older, longer Ultradot if I wanted to. That one is on my Ruger 22/45.

AND if the rail is like the scope rail on my Kadet you can also use your regular sights when the dot or scope are not on the gun. Also the sights are high enough to use with a Sparrow suppressor if you have a threaded barrel.
