Title: M9A3 and WWB 124 grain NATO
Post by: holidaypf on April 08, 2019, 02:24:11 PM
HRFunk motivated me to try some Winchester White Box 124 grain NATO in my M9A3. I also found that my shots went low without the Hogue grip. The results below were obtained with the Hogue grip.

Interesting how guns can fit each shooter differently. The Vertec grip was intended to mimic the 1911 in feel but I prefer an arched msh on a 1911 yet I find I like the straight backstrap of the M9A3 and shoot it best that way.

For me, the Vertec is too small and the Hogue feels too pudgy. Nothing beats the 75 or P10c grip for me. BUT, the stock trigger on the M9A3 is smooth as silk and just about perfect in both DA and SA.
