Did this start out as a flash can pistol? Or did you cut down a carbine? I have the flash can version and I like the looks of that linear comp.

It?s the pistol version that I added the carbine hand guard to.

Awesome, thanks. Since mine came with the regular 7.7 inch barrel behind the flash can it looks like I can just swap the flash can for your adapter+comp combo and get the same look.

Glad to help.  Yeah, I definitely like the look of linear compensator!

Did you go for the Slim over the regular XL comp for fit under the handguard? From your pictures it looks like the extra .2 inches of OD on the regular would fit under there too.

The regular may indeed fit...I just erred on the side of caution.  I kinda like the way the slim one looks the way it turned out.
