Title: CZ 75D PCR OEM magazine
Post by: Jim H on June 12, 2019, 09:01:01 PM: I recently purchased my first CZ - a new 75D PCR. The label on the case is date stamped 11/8/18. It came with two magazines.

The specs and the label on the factory case indicate the magazines are 14 round, however the bottom witness hole on each is stamped "15", and they accommodate 15 rounds fairly easily.

I want to purchase an identical magazine from CZ-USA. Its web site offers various capacities, including 14 and 15. So, to end up with an additional magazine identical to the two that came with the pistol, which should I order?

Post by: PnoyGeek on June 12, 2019, 09:47:50 PM: I believe your PCR came with the newest magazine that CZ provides in its compact pistol which is the 15-round magazine with the blue follower and polymer base pad. Originally PCR came with the 14-round magazines with a metal base plate. There is also the 14-round magazine with the rubber base pad which is common with the P-01. All these magazine are appropriate and will fit a CZ 75 compact. It is just a matter of preference. Also Mec-Gar supplies the magazine for CZ.

Post by: Texas45 on June 20, 2019, 09:02:29 PM: I just got a PCR and it came with the two new Mec-Gar mags as well, which have the blue follower. I didn't realize the mags held an extra round for a total capacity of 15 vs the advertised 14, you got a happy camper here.

Maybe late 19
