Was cleaning my P09 UG/SR after some range time and the new P09 OD Green I just purchased. Both are 2018 year manufactured. I noticed these markings on the slides. One is a star and the other looks like a nut. I was carrying my P07 OD Green (2018 made) and this got me curious, so I broke it down as well and there was a number 1 (forgot to take a picture of the P07). Anyone know what these markings represent?

I don't know for sure yeah, but if I was to guess I would say machinist marks as to who actually did the machine work on that slide. Might be their attempted quality control.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Something to do with who did the machining, or what machine was used maybe. I may contact CZ about it and see what they have to say. Very interesting for sure.

This has come up a number of times, i do not believe that a definitive answer has been found. Here is a link to a past thread on the subject.

Wow I never noticed this. My P07 has a test fire date of 10-24-17.
I purchased it spring of 2018.
I have the the number 13 stamped on that area inside my slide.
