Hey Guys --if interested, look on GunBroker right now. Someone is listing a BREN 2 Folding stock ($329) if interested. Search under CZ BREN and you will find it.
-
While having my Bren 2 SBR engraved today I ran into someone who said he managed to buy two Bren 2 factory stocks from CZ-USA last week. He said they did not send him a confirmation e-mail and soon noticed the stock was pulled off the website. He called CZ-USA Customer Service and convinced them to ship the order out. He was told CZ-USA's attorneys asked them to pull the stocks off the website due to 922r concerns.
He also said the stocks were selling for about $160 each. I'm way more into it for my ACR stock + Dan Haga adapter.
Now, I don't usually think much of 922r, but how many parts of the Bren 2 is counted for 922r? We have Shooting Sight HBI trigger parts and can run Magpul magazines, right? Even modified Magpul AK magazines in the 7.62x39 guns? Does a muzzle device count?

Good questions beanz2 - don't know the answer yet. I just posted this for anyone that just had to have a stock right now. I know these have got to be "scalping" prices if you just see a few right now ---- just like the prices will be on the BREN 2MS when they first trickle out.
-
Those stocks are going like Hotcakes! Four available this morning, one remains.
I’d be interested in hearing the story about how CZ made them available and where we are at with USA RELEASE OF PISTOLS AND RIFLES.
We may never know.
Tic-tock, Tic-tock.
Thank you for posting!

Waiting for carbines.....remember the airsoft days...stuff will be here...just too new a product...bren2 ms carbine would be my choice
-
I am unhappy with my Bren 2 14inch 5.56. 1 of the 300. I am probably going to list it on gunbroker soon. Disappointed with accuracy.
-
Why exactly do you think are you unhappy with your Bren 2 in 5.56 Alex? Care to elaborate? I was interested in one but in 8”.
-
All four stocks that were available are now gone.
Hoping that CZ will be able to bring the MS to market with lots of options.
-
Now it’s Monday morning, there are four more up for sale.
It may be that the will be more stocks available than pistols!
Just interesting to me to watch - would like to add another Bren to the others.
-
Prices coming down. Two sources, $299 + shipping in both cases.
-
The CZ "Web Store" has the stocks back up for sale at $159.00
-
They also have up a BREN 2 Stock I never have seen --has an adjustable comb (but it shows out of stock)
-
The adjustable cheek piece is the one for the Bren 2 BR (308), but my understanding it will work for the Bren 2ms as well. 1st responder price for the standard stock was $122.00 plus shipping.
-
Not looking forward to prices on stocks dropping when no firearms are available
-
Thanks for clarification on stocks cops312. If you look at the picture of the BREN 2 BR in the 2019 CZ Catalog, it does have the adjustable comb stock.

Where can we find those Bren 2 .308 stocks ? Is it only for first responders now?
-
Go to CZ’s web store. That’s where I purchased the standard stock. No you don’t have to be a 1st responder to purchase one, but will be slightly higher in price.
-
Checking CZ webstore on July 25th 2019, the stocks are no longer listed.
-
Months are ticking by...any updates on factory folding stocks and compliance kits?
-
I can not prove this but it would seem that what little information that has come from CZ about the Brens is bad information. I do not think anyone there is focused on Brens.
My guess is that is going to be a loooooooong time before any thing comes available for compliance kits.
My Brens are high on my list of guns I love but so was my ACR - It would seem CZ is following the same path.
If CZ is going to put information out, I wish it would be uniform and accurate in content.
Again, love my CZ's but I had such high hopes based on their updates that now I feel extremely let down. Going to be a while before I think about buying another CZ product.

Its not just cz..its all of them at various times...issue here is if cz gets military order the semi's and civilian stuff gets pushed to the side..totally understandable.....cz at least gives a dam about us...hk and colt have treated us like crap for years....cz kansas city i am sure does the best it can...pretty much its well we opened the container and found this stuff as well which we did not expect...i get it though...i am waiting on neddles myself for the carbines....may toss a few under the tree for myself if they arrive before CHRISTmas
-
So what is the latest on availability of stocks? Anyone? Also does anyone have a lead on where to buy a stock other than the grossly overpriced one on GB.

$800?! That is insane! Keep up your hope as I was able to get mine from the CZ-USA web store a few months ago, but they took them back down.
-
There is a price to pay for being the first kid on the block with one. Do you remember the inflated prices on the P10C when it just came out? Now they're Black Friday doorbusters LOL.
