They shoot very well but every rifle will be different with different ammo. My 455 American is a 22 wmr and it will do 1.5" to 2" at 100 yards with CCI A22 ammo if I do my part. I like the 455's as they have the shorter barrel and easily adjusted trigger.

So far, my 455 Varmint has liked Norma TAC-22 standard velocity the best of the ammo tried. That was relatively inexpensive (I think it was around $25/brick at the time).

Depends on the ammo. I got lucky with mine. It consistently groups under a half inch at 50. Best group has been .27 with Gemtech subs of all things. Mini mags are all over the place. CCI standards run well. All rifles require a little trial and error to see what flavor they like best. If you are on the fence, I’d say go for it. They really are excellent rifles.

Standard velocity stuffs do well in CZ bolt action .22
Aguila .22 HV is the exception so far for my 455, it does fairly well comparing to Wolf .22 Target and SK.

As I recall, I get around .5" at 50 yds w/ CCI standard Vel.
That's the ammo I was hoping would shoot well enough, and it did, so I haven't really messed with any others...
