Nothing. We've all been looking and hoping for years, but CZs are a tiny fraction of Glock/Sig's market share and there simply aren't enough CZs sold to justify Safariland making a new holster mold.  It costs them $75,000-$100,000 to create a new ALS holster. Never gonna happen.
