Thanks.  Why the 70?

Isn't the 70 an improved version of the 50?   My 32's are Keltec, Colt 1903 and CZ83 in 32 (only gun I sold that I want back - kept the 380 version)

I own both, don't like shooting either one and haven't shot them in at least a year.  I owned the 70 first and found the ergonomics awkward, the trigger insanely heavy and it was really easy to get my thumb webbing up over the beaver tail.  When I got the 50, I was really hoping that it would somehow be better than the 70, but it was worse.  I don't remember exactly why I thought that but I distinctly remember being disappointed.  I love the idea of these guns, just not the execution.

Thanks for the critical evaluation.  I will choose to buy neither.

It all depends what you want it for . Personally  I quite happy with my 50. As a collection piece that comes out from time to time I actually like it, ie : it’s accurate, well made and the ergonomie is on par with many guns of the period . I appreciate it so much that I recently got a 70 in virtually unused condition but have not shot it yet , so cant compare .
