I exchanged emails with CZ USA about availability of parts for the 40B.  They have a few parts they stock but told me ...

"We tend to offload a lot of our older/ obsolete parts to Numrich Gun parts so that would be the next place I would check for parts you need".

I went to Numrich arms and sure enough they have some parts for the 40B, not a lot but some. However, they seem a little pricey.
