Title: My 457 has new furniture

Well couldn't leave well enough alone after barrel change to .17 hmr so put her into a MDT LSS- RF chassis, give her a test run tomorrow.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191207/2943f2387cb2a4e94fc4e3896e8c1e6a.jpg)

Had to save your photo and rotate it to get a nice view (your photo was upside down on my monitor).

Very interesting, not my taste but looks like nice quality hardware. IMO would be over the top in .22LR but .17...makes more sense.

Let us know how it shoots.

Not sure why the pic was upside down, anyway shot 6 5 shot groups that averaged just over 1/4 inch at 50 yards, pretty pleased with that.

CCI A17 20 grain varmint tip going to see what I can do with the cyotes around here. Do some calling.

Very nice.

The .17HMR is my favorite all around cartridge.

Kills all out of proportion to its paper ballistics.
