I’ve used almost exclusively for the last 4-5 years a Charge Master powder dispenser. It’s been great except for powders like Blue Dot and Long shot. It would over charge 1 out of every 5 rounds making me stop and spoon out a couple tenths of a grain. Shooting 10MM at near the top of the range I want the charge exact, especially with Longshot. It also couldn’t get Tite Group right. Stopped short every time.
Well, my wife has been after me to turn the beeper on the CM off, so instead of looking all over creation for the manual I just Googled it. I found the info, and in the article I found it mentions cutting about 1” from a McDonalds soda straw and inserting in the spout of the dispenser to help smooth out the powder flow. Ha! Works great. It’s weird without that beeper tho..

The bit about the straw is interesting. Makes you wonder by who and how this type stuff is discovered !
I'm right with the wife on the beeper, though. ;D
