Yep we can scream about caliber choice to high heaven and it's all for naught. Good ammo and shot placement are the key.

Sooo...... 2,200 FPS...

My take away is to get a glock 40 and get a 6.5 inch barrel chambered in 9x25 Dillon. Then load up some rounds with these little bullets:

That should put me over 2,200 FPS from some past research. Then I get rifle damage from a handgun! Besides, pocket carry with a Glock 40 is a breeze!

And it's just that simple.  Now what is the right ammo will be the argument.

I'm NOT telling anybody what to believe.

I worked trauma for 18 years and I believe in .357 for revolver and .40 S&W for autos.

What a great video.
Lucky G does a really good job and I have always liked Federal 9mm products.
This is why I shoot about 5k pistol rounds a year.  Practice ALOT!

Good video.
Most important message: "Shoot what you are comfortable with"  ;)

Hard to argue with those two guys from Federal - they probably have more hands-on experience with ballistics than 99% of the population.

Lucky Gunner is a great site - lots of good, no-nonsense info. And their ballistics testing charts are the best I've found.

Look for Paul Harrell on YouTube.
