Title: P 10s rear night sight? mag base pad question also

hey all, picking up an optics ready P10s this evening which has the orange ring night sight up front and a black rear sight with no tritium. Any suggestions on a rear night sight that is the correct height to line up with the factory front?

on a side note this gun im getting has +2 extensions on the mag and the seller lost the factory flush base pads which is what I prefer. Do the standard factory polymer p10c base pads work on the 12rd p10s mags? Im finding the flush base pads easily but they all say they dont come with the lock plates. I cant find lock plates no where, any ideas?

I was worried about this too but I just put an optic on and now it doesnt matter lol. I say save your money and try an optic first
