Purchased this https://www.shapeways.com/product/GP3X6DC2Y/p-09-extended-slide-release and Gorilla glued it to the slide release,  works great.

I guess this is for competition?  The normal way for most people who shoot the CZ is to use the support hand after the mag change and while bringing the gun up to the target.  Watch the master:

Would be better if this was an over sized safety add-on.
