Wondering if 75 mags are compatible w/ p-01 omega?

It depends what do you mean by "compatible".
It works, but because it sticks out, it looks horrible and is not handy at all...

They work, and i like having the option to shoot them out of my 75 or P-01 at the range. I wouldn't use the 75 mags in the P-01 outside of the range though. They stick out about 3/4 inch but lock into the P-01 just fine. No issues.

You can get grip extensions for most magazines (for using a full-size magazine in a compact gun), but I've never really checked to see if those are available for the CZ guns.  I do have them on some of my other guns, including a H&K VP9sk, and an FN9c.
