Title: Shadow 2 wont reset properly

So my shadow 2 won't reset the trigger after the slide has been pulled back. The single action pull will not reset, if I pull the hammer slightly back it then resets. Any ideas , I can cock the hammer , it only happens when slide is pulled back.

Is this a new pistol? Have you changed out any parts?

Not a new pistol, I brought it back from a single action trigger to a dao/sao, but changing back to the original trigger and putting back the disconnector. It has a lighter cgw spring and special short reach disconnected installed. I tried adjusting the return spring with no luck. Basically when slide is pulled back , hammer doesnt full go to the rear , only when I cock it or use it in double action.

The short reset disconnector installed needs to be fitted. You also need to make sure your pre and over travel screws are adjusted properly. This is assuming that you just now installed a new disconnector instead of the stock one prior to having it changed to SA only.

Was provided to me by a CGW representative.  I was having the same issue with my Shadow 2 after installing a few new parts, including the CGW disconnector.  It runs nice now!
