I have a CZ 452 Varmint in 22LR that I use for bench target shooting. I have noticed now a couple of times after a good day at the range that the action screws have come loose. I do torque then to 25 in.lbs. after cleaning the rifle.
Any ideas

You might try degreasing the screws and screw holes before torqueing and if that doesn't work blue Loctite. It's odd that the screws would loosen that much after a single outing.

Mine haven't budged in years... If they ever do, i be reaching for the blue Loctite.

Strange. Stripped maybe ?

Minimal amount of blue loctite after you thoroughly clean the action screws.

One could use the wifes nail polish if the locktite weren't available.
