Title: RDS adapter plates for P10C OR

I am a new CZ owner and am hopelessly confused on what adapter plates are out there for various red dot sights. 

What is available and from whom?

On another note, how do you like the new SRO?  I have a couple of RMRs on pistols, but am interested in the larger window on the SRO. 

I just put a new Sig RomeoMax3 on a 320 I shoot in some matches and it is working well.

I just ordered a plate from the CZ Custom Store for a Sig Romeo 1.  I replaced that sight on a 320 I have with the new Romeo3Max so the Romeo1 was a spare.  Anxious to see how the CZ works with a red dot.

I am almost 74 and the eyes really prefer a red dot.

So far, I really like the CZ compared to my Sigs and Glocks.
