Post by: Ihave7 on March 05, 2020, 09:49:39 PM: Looks like there is a surplus of 99041s. Bigdaddygunbrokers has a new listing on Gunbroker with a buy it now price of $709.99. Says they have 83 in stock! Not a bad price for a steel compact. $25 shipping.

Agree,mine is awesome and I don't shoot it nearly enough! I guess things change but $700ish plus shipping and then transfer seems a bit high, but I guess it is in line with the demand! I paid less directly through CGW a few years ago.

They have steel frame P-01 in stock.
It says in Czech: In stock CZ 75 P-01 with steel frame in caliber 9x19
In meantime, I have talked with my local CZUB dealer. CZUB have confirmed him they still produce steel frames, it can be ordered in any country. MSRP is the same as other compacts here in EU, around €650.

"Rarish" is a better description. Sought after, but don't assume that CZ won't continue to ship them in periodically.

And there are more than 50 in the United States, regardless of what you read or are told.

I appreciate heavier handguns so I think I'm gonna love it. I didn't realize it also has an SP01 sized beaver tail vs the shorter tails on the aluminum framed guns. Nice. Comparison report to follow. I'll be installing a CGW pro package and steel guide rod myself and probably having it milled for red dot, either by CGW or CZC.

Two of the dealers have 80 each and the other has 20. Prices range from $700.11 (shipping included), to About $750. I really like shooting these heavier all steel guns with a rail, don't care much to carry one all day, so I don't. There were auctions not to long ago where this model was selling for up to $1300 by bidders wanting a steel frame gun. Now is your chance to grab one, because i'm sure they will all be gone again soon. Take care everyone and stay healthy.
