I am trying to identify this CZ. Possible WWII era gun.
Thanks.

It posted, but you need to include the [img] tags. It would also help if you resized it in imgur before posting it.
-
I'm trying to do this on my phone since I don't have internet. It's not working well. Keep losing the picture in imgur so can't resize.
You can scroll over the photo to see the whole gun.

Edited it for you.

Thank you!👍👍👍

Looks like a vz 27 to me.

I'm a complete novice. What's a VZ 27? Can someone direct me to info on it?
-
Check the Wikipedia link that I added to the post that you just replied to.
By the way, yours was manufactured in 1947, so it is post-WWII.
-
Great, thank you!
Anyone know how I can find out what year it was manufactured and its worth?
-
My dad had said he brought it back from overseas when he came back from WWII. Is 1947 manufacture date for certain on this?
-
Is it possible he brought it back from Korea?
-
The "47" stamped on the left-hand front of the frame is the last 2 digits of the year manufactured.

I have a nickel plated CZ27 and I am woefully new to CZ.
Can anybody tell me if this was a factory thing
Or was it a bring back. Serial # is 135858.
