Post by: Jeep_Nut on April 22, 2020, 12:37:04 PM
Is this a real issue? Never heard of it before today on some FB group.

This has come up before. I have a 2019 UG/SR P-01 ad I do not have that issue.

Here is one thread about it and there are more.

Mine is a 2018 model so hopefully it is ok. Not sure how CZ would handle it with me not being the original owner.

I just bought a new P01 Omega Suppressor ready new in the box earlier this year. I understand your concern as I had read a lot about this problem. I went to great lengths to make sure the one I bought was a 2019 production. I have something over 500 rds through it without a bit of trouble. Not exactly a high round count, I know.

Now, mine came with the decocker installed, which is how I wanted to run it, and haven't switch back and forth between the safety and decocker. Neither have I tried to induce the problem by messing with the ejector, or disassembling the frame and its components. Is that a factor? I don't know, this is just to let you know other's experiences.

ALL come with decocker installed and safety in the box.  Reviewers goof this up all the time.
