Hi guys. I posted this a bit ago, I believe in the wrong section...
https://czfirearms.us/index.php?topic=109671.0
I've got a couple questions and am having trouble finding a good answer. Anyone else have issues loading magazines? This is the first double stack gun I've owned in YEARS. The first range trip left me with sore fingers trying to loads mags. From what I found there's recommendations for the Uplulu or HKS (940 or 941?) loader. Any input on the which is easier to use is appreciated.
Also, this pistol came with a Vortex Venom 3moa RDS. The window is a little small so I'd like to get something with a larger window that can utitilize the CZC mount I have. All my match guns, custom built 1911s, use Aimpoint sights. I like the size of the small reflex sights but want the most durable one available. I'm not hard on my equipment but you never know... again any recommendations are appreciated.

Uplula is what I use and works great. I use a holosun 507c for my dot but I think a trijicon SRO and deltapoint pro have the most real estate.

Thank you for the tips. A local gun shop showed me an SRO, they're nice...

another +1 on the Uplula - the best pistol mag loader I have used

Thanks guys.
Got another question. I'm going to replace the barrel bushing with the CGW 10x bushing. Will the front sight pin need replaced when doing this? I had read that somewhere and was curious.

I started a thread regarding this question. It seems some say yes and others say no lol. So depends on the condition i guess?

Fundamental rule of roll pins - If you have a spare pin, the original will remove and re-install just fine. If you don't have a spare, it will get damaged beyond re-use when you remove it.

Make sure you get a genuine Uplula. There are 3-D printed clones onlne that don't work well or last. The real deal runs about $30 and is well worth it.

I bought mine custom to fit 22 magazines and 9mm lol. Cost $50 I think

I ordered one of Midway to make sure it was not a fake. I do hate ordering from them, usually priced high with slow shipping as a bonus. But, I am looking forward to the mag loader, the CZ supplied part is barely passible.

So the 10x bushing came in today. I pulled then stripped the slide and stuck it in the freezer. The stock bushing was very fond of the slide, it did not want to move. So I put a little Kroil on the outside and inside of the slide, let it sit for a bit and after some more encouragement it finally released. The new bushing went in comparitively easy. The 10x bushing measure .002-.0025" over the barrel diameter, quite a bit tighter than stock.
