I'm not going to pick sides; but things got "weird" between Kyle and his mother and Lin Wood's legal team and Kyle now has a new lawyer. Fightback.law (owned by Lin) probably deleted that link.
I'm unaware of where you can now donate on Kyle's behalf. I certainly hope that the truth will prevail and Kyle will be found not guilty. I'm anxious to see how the trial proceeds and I'll be listening to the evidence presented.

The kid got himself into this situation so as far as I'm concerned he and his family can foot the bill for his defense. I simply would not consider sending them a thin dime.

I agree he got himself into a situation that was of his own making. Still he was defending himself, and his prosecution is nothing more than politically-motivated persecution.

This. While I'd rather Kyle had chosen not to even be there; once there he had every right to defend himself.

Yes. I am...not happy...about the way that some of my fellow conservatives have chosen to behave.
I could get into quite the discussion about it, which would alienate the more fervent fans of our most recent executive branch candidate...but i see no profitable reason to do so. Too much has been done that did no more than give the left leverage and more power...with out securing borders or dealing with lunacy in general......Things are just...as they are.
Ive been a voter since the mid 70s. With everything that happened then, and since....Ive never felt such concern for our country.
I see too much behavior that plays right into the hands of the left, and at the same time I am over
joyed that people on my side of the fence are finally getting up and reacting in the streets.
Kind of a strange place to be in, in my view...but, hey

I feel the same concern as you and this country is in a seriously dangerous place right now but I feel people are using this kid as a martyr for our cause and he is no such thing. The kid is at best a first rate idiot and highly immature. Look at some of his very stupid behavior after the shooting incident. He should have been keeping his head down after his arrest and doing everything to not draw attention to himself and yet he's spotted in bars yucking it up and drinking. Reminds me of what a stupid moron George Zimmerman turned out to be after everyone supported him.

I agree. I only support the fact that he had a right to defend himself. It puts me in mind of another incident several years ago, where an individual was on the phone with police saying "I am standing my ground" or some such before shooting an individual. If its that dire you dont need to be on the phone trying to drum up support for what your about to do. I think the police in that case agreed as the guy was arrested and I think convicted of something. I THINK it happened down around Houston, but....cobwebs.

Yeah we had a case locally here in NE Ohio about 8-10 yrs ago. The perp pulled a home invasion but the homeowner chased him out of the house and shot him on the front lawn. The homeowner was ultimately convicted of manslaughter since at the time the perp was shot he was fleeing and no longer a threat in the eyes of the law.

pretty pathetic.
more focus on the offender than the victim....
unless of course the victim and the case are something that can be used to help dismantle institutions such as the Boy Scouts, the Catholic Church, Evangelical Christians or any other of the institutions the new world order needs gone.
