Title: CZ 2075 Rami BD failure to feed
Post by: OtisB on October 18, 2020, 05:36:23 PM
Hi All. I recently purchased the CZ 2075 Rami BD. Took it to the range and it failed to feed on the very first round. Cleared it and kept firing away but it had several more failures to feed. Took it home for a good cleaning and lube. Went back to the range and the same thing kept happening. Couldn't make it thru one magazine without failures to feed. Ammo was Federal and Scorpio FMJ, along with Gold Dot hollow points (my P-09 eats all that up). Contacted CZ who paid for me to ship it back to them. Great customer service so far. 4-6 week turnaround. Has anyone else had this problem with the Rami? And if so - was it resolved and how was it resolved? And what brand of ammo does your Rami like?  Thank you all in advance!

I believe another poster had the same issue about 2 months ago with a Rami. You might SEARCH for that thread.

CZs generally prefer rounded nose ogive ammo, and so I lean toward using Gold Dots which have never given me any issues in a P01, SP01, or P10.

CZs have always needed a break-in period. All I can suggest is to lube with 1 drop of 5W20 synthetic car oil on both rails and the barrel bushing.

Hope this helps.   ;)
