Should have posted here in the first place (my bad)...any suggestions for a shoulder holster for a 97b? Looking for a vertical type. Have seen some items on Craft Holster, but honestly have not seen them before a couple days ago. Thanks in advance!

Check out Brent Moore, BamBamholsters.com . He builds shoulder rigs for CZs. Have
2 from him, PCR and P-01 and had him add a backstrap to them so I don't have to use
belt tie downs. Quality rigs and won't break the bank. Have one from Craft for a
Makarov, not impressed.

I carry the 97B in a $60 MASC holster and love it.
I got it to fit the cz75, but the 97 fits just a little snug. Its cheap/in stock (read no 3 month waiting time). I put some leather conditioner on it and run it most days I go out. I just got the single mag carrier version, but I might try a double mag holster to balance rounds and weight of the big boy.
I LOVE shoulder carry, in and out of the car is so much better. A trick I learned is to wear a nerdy shirt with a pocket w/ pen and paper (honey - do list).. This breaks the flow enough to help with cover.

Where did you get a MASC shoulder holster for $60? There website pricing is $130+ for shoulder and ~$60 for belt.
I’m looking for a good shoulder holster for my SP01 and can’t find one that works for me. But I haven’t tried the MASC shoulder holsters yet.
I will attest to the quality of MASC. I bought a MASC paddle holster for my 97B and it’s fantastic ($60). It also fits my SP01 and I would bet a 75 would fit also. I could be wrong but I think they use the same mold for all three mentioned above, tactical, and the shadow series. Not sure though.

I have a craft vertical shoulder holster, I own probably 40 holsters all together.
The Craft is probably one of the two best brands of holsters I have.
It is top notch fits great and made like I would make it if it were my name on the company.
Biggest gripe is it took so long to get it I forgot I ordered it.
but when it came it was a very pleasant surprise. It isnt hard to find a holster and it isnt hard to find a decent one.
It isnt easy to find one that rivals the Craft holster for quality.
but if quality isnt as important as getting it quickly or having one that works "just fine for the money".
Im sure there are plenty of good ones out there.

I'm glad you liked your rig, reviews like yours prompted me to try them. Leather, stitching, all good on mine.
It was the hardware they used that was disappointing.

Look at the pic in the link, the back of the strap from the muzzle end of the holster. See how the chicago screw they
use sticks out from the leather? Mine was worse. At least an 1/8 of an inch. Their female end has a square shank, not
round so it sits on top of the leather, not thru the holes. Only thing thru the leather is the screw. Also note the
head of the female end on the strap for the mag carrier, round, no slot for a driver. No way to tighten with out pliers.
Replaced all with real chicago screws.
Also note in the link pic, the back plate leather riveted to the straps. The "X", when riveted there is no way to adjust for
narrow or wide shoulders. I have wide shoulders so the straps would not lay flat, drilled out rivets and replaced and
now have a decent rig. Maybe I'm just picky, I don't know. But again, glad you liked yours.
