Title: "The Plan" to make 2A obsolete

Not being political, but you need to read this "plan" from the source...

The language utilized is rather infuriating. The entire article is infuriating. I'll stop there. Wait, no I will not. I'd like to just reference Chicago. With respect of course. Very strict gun laws and every weekend has multiple homicides and wounded. This also has huge implications on The First Amendment. Be careful what you say or be "Red Flagged".  I seem to recall a U.S. Autoworker asking about this subject and a rather nasty response was given to the man. Funny, total denial of these potential measures, yet here they are. Billy Ingvall signs to all who believed.

Yeah well if you want it joey you and karmella can just come and try to get it. What I own is my personal property and no one has the right to demand I sell it back to them. I'm not registering anything either. "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" means just that. This is why we need to hang onto control of the senate otherwise they'll shotgun this garbage through. Like that dingbat from NY Absence Of Cortex said they need full control so they don't have to negotiate. That statement right should be all anyone needs to know about what they intend to do to this country.  Hopefully The senate candidates in Georgia will publish this and create some good attack adds ahead of the run off.

We will see what happens. Everything is up in the air like a hundred balls being juggled by the same guy at once.  Contact your elected Congress critters and hammer them on the issue, politely, professionally and with supporting facts and figures if possible.

I don't understand getting spun up over talk. People say stuff to get elected all the time.

I agree. However it usually pays to at least consider that people might mean what they say. I think coming out too strongly against the 2a would be (for now) politically suicidal...but we have to acknowledge that certain politicians do in fact favor destroying our rights.

Its simple.  All those up in Wisconsin and Indiana have no gun laws.

And that auto worker was quickly ushered away by his union rep.

Absolutely.
And with the SCOTUS denial to hear the Texas lawsuit tonight keeping the senate is our ONLY chance to stave off the demons agenda at least for the next 2 years.

I don't have a single clue as to what the moderators deem ok and not OK particularly on this thread. So without a lot of bandwidth wasted......things are going to get ugly - very ugly. NO ONE is in a position to stop anything the current elected officials want to do. Any logic being used to suggest anyone is not going to potentially lose a gun is invalid......1. they don't use logic, 2. THEY DO NOT CARE. The bills have already been submitted (there are 6 so far) that does not allow for any Executive Orders.  Thanks to internal issues the NRA is DOA. What is your 2A rights worth to you? Both in donation dollars and are you ACTUALLY willing to die for them?

They'll do what they have to do and I'll do what I have to do. What ever happens-happens. I won't surrender anything. There's MUCH more at stake here than 2A rights and they've found a way to chisel away at those things much more successfully.

The chisel just got a whole lot sharper.

And we will stop that here before it gets into the type of talk that gets three letter agencies to pay people visits. Not disagreeing with you in any way.
