Title: New CZ USA website/store
Post by: M1A4ME on December 10, 2020, 05:49:19 PM
Doesn't work too well.

After I got my "new" username and password (looks like the old stuff is gone with the old web site/store) I figured I might as well add some other stuff to the P07 DUTY trigger I'll be putting in the P07 9MM.

I select "pistol", then "compact" and it goes to parts.  Then I have to select "pistol" again.  Why twice??  The I select pistol model and then I select pistol part.

For some reason when I select P07 .40 recoil spring it takes me to a P07 9MM spring, time, after time, after time.  Not sure I want a P07 9MM recoil spring for a .40 that kicks quite a bit more than a 9.

Finally, I just went up top to the search bar and typed in recoil spring and hit enter and got a long list of springs (not all were recoil springs but at least there was the correct recoil spring for the .40 S&W P07 listed.

So, I ordered (from that search page) a wide variety of CZ75/85 recoil springs, CZ75 Compact recoils springs, P01 recoil springs and P07 .40 and 9MM recoil springs.  Makes the $9+ dollar shipping charge a little more worth it than just for a trigger alone.

Now I just have to have some patience while waiting on the order.

Yeah, I'll have to remove a little plastic from the inside of the trigger guard at the bottom to clear the slightly longer curved P07 DUTY trigger.  Had to do that when I put one on the P09 .40 a few years back.  Just a few scrapes of the pocket knife perpindicular to the plastic does the trick.

I received an order from them on Wednesday that was placed last Friday, so no complaints from me.

That is in CGW speed territory.

I was talking about the way picking a P07 .40 recoil spring/guide assembly would instead take you to a 9MM recoil/guide assembly.

While ignoring their pistol/model/part number method and just looking for recoil springs at the top of the page search bar would get you to the .40 S&W part if you don't mind looking at recoil springs (and hammer springs, trigger springs, etc., etc., etc.) for many models.
