I have a new PCR on the way. I'm going to mount a Holosun rds on it. I will need a holster for IWB carry that will accommodate it. First, what holster do you recommend? Second, leather or kydex? Thanks for your help.

First and foremost, I prefer leather holsters from quality leathersmiths. That said, my leather holsters are OWB ( Privateer Leather, Warbird Leather, Mitch Rosen and Milt Sparks).
While I prefer OWB, I have found Blackarch IWB holsters to be the most comfortable IWB holsters for me. I currently carry my SIg 365 in one. I may consider getting one for my CZ P10S. Recommend giving Blackarch a look.

Good luck

In the same boat... would be interested in the same feedback if anyone has any input... IWB for a PCR with optic...

Have not done one with optics but I also prefer leather especially for IWB. https://www.hbeleatherworks.com/ (https://www.hbeleatherworks.com/) and https://sideguardholsters.com/ (https://sideguardholsters.com/) are 2 that I have used with good results and both did some custom things for me like making the back slightly higher to stop hammer rash on my side.

I prefer kydex for the better retention and easier re-holstering.
If you choose leather I would suggest getting one with a properly reinforced mouth to avoid holster collapsing and potentially fumbling and muzzle sweeping your femoral trying to get it back in.
