The ONLY way this could be enforced and private sales tracked would be through registration otherwise no one knows for sure who has what. I WILL REGISTER NOTHING. These people can all go eat some excrement.

I agree, but would be careful about posting such things.
I dont put anything past some people, when it comes to persecuting people who dont think like they do.

We already have this in Washington state. It requires local LE to do investigations and has no funds that go with it so it is a unfunded mandate from the state. Not well supported by either public or law enforcement. To my knowledge no one has been prosecuted for violating it. It is being challenged in courts as like was pointed out it creates a registry which is already prohibited under federal law. Most likely is it will be struck down in the court system as a unreasonable violation of privacy. We will see.

But if said firearm was sold "before" that bill came into effect, no-one is to know.
Got to love the honor system with the WA State law.......... but that only works with new firearms purchased before that crap bill was signed into law (or so I've read) 8)

Well, well,, about time,, ;) this should "really" Help cities like Chicago/Baltimore/Philly, etc !! Pheeeeew just in time for Summer! :o :o But we know it's never about stoping crime it's about control.

Passed the House, and on the way to the Senate, where things are different. Contact your Senator.

Yeah. I would under normal circumstances say this will never fly and people won’t stand for it. But the same people who refused to ever get a mandatory vaccine are now wearing masks and standing in lines for the jab. Give even your average southerner 2 years and they’ll be in line to get their gun turn in credit.

I’ve lived in the South my whole life. All below the Dixie line. I said average, not all, but enough to give the globalists the inch they need to take it a lightyear.

As a fellow Southerner I agree. I wish it weren't true but it is. Put another way, people just stink...if they can disappoint. they will every time.
What gets me is the lack of coverage of the uselessness of such measures. Of all the "mass shootings" in recent history, very few have involved weapons obtained via the "gun show loophole"...yet the antis keep talking about "we want more than thoughts and prayers", etc. It proves that preventing such incidents isnt the intent of such legislation at all.
Hopefully such idiocy wont pass the Senate.

And that's about as far as this goes.
