Title: CZ 512 22 WMR Tactical with supressor

I purchased this gun a couple years ago. Couldn't get it to work. Kept jamming or miss firing. Couldn't get 10 rounds through it without issues. Emailed CZ a few days ago. Emailed again yesterday but no response. I removed the supressor and the gun ran flawlessly through about 100 rounds. Guess it can't handle a supressor. Not sure why the barrel was threaded from new if you can't use it. Not sure about CZ's product support either. It was CZ USA that I sent the emails to.

I've no experience with the 512 rifles so can't comment on it, but in my attempts at contacting them a phone call works much better than an E-Mail. I've never received a reply to an E-mail from them, I'm still waiting for a reply from about 5 years ago. Not sure why they bothered setting it up.

Thanks. I know a phone call would eventually get to them. But I got it figured out on my own. I had called them when I first got the gun with the issue and all they wanted me to do is send it in. But in their defense, I didn't tell them I had a suppressor on it. That said, if the barrel is threaded, besides a flash suppressor, what else would you put on it. Unless I'm missing something that needs to be done to support the suppressor install.

Have had a 512 22mag on order for over a year (LE program)
My use is a next to the door, coyote gun, open sights, no scope. Just quick.

Have a 457 bolt with a suppressor for other critters (AZ high desert) As there are no subsonic 22mag offerings, is the 22 mag much quieter than a 22LR?

No, it's louder. I have a suppressor on my Ruger 10 22 now and have sub sonic ammo. Now that's quiet. But the suppressor doesn't work on the CZ. Haven't shot a coyote with it yet. I had my thermo scope on my AR 223 but with the ammo shortage, I figured I'd use the 22 Mag at night as I usually call them in withing 100 yards.

Good to know. Had thought about having mine threaded and the sight moved back if it ever comes in. No point I guess with the 22mag
