Hi guys... So I was fitting a threaded barrel to my CZ75B following this instruction: https://imgur.com/gallery/TMIXx
I may have filed too much between each inspection... Now when I place the barrel into the slide, only the ink on the right triangle surface is rubbed off, and on the left surface the ink remains there, which seems to mean that only the triangle surface makes contact.
I don't see obvious gap between the slide and barrel breach when in battery and the lock up is still quite firm. When I hold on the feed ramp and wiggle the barrel with recoil spring installed, it does have some side to side play and front to back play (very little), but the original barrel has them too.
Did I mess up? I haven't got the chance to try shooting with the new barrel yet. What would be the symptoms if I've filed down the barrel too much?
Thanks.

Does it move front to back in the slide ?

Dang bro! you stomping in with a threaded barrel build as a noob - mad props!
I can only see your first img - don't have an imgr acct.
but here are my notes on fitting threaded barrel to SP-01 - hope it helps.
Brings back memories!

Not when the barrel is locked in battery with recoil spring installed. When I remove the recoil spring and wiggle it front to back I could hear slight clicking sound.
