hi Guy, first I would like to apologize in advance for my English I will try my best but it is my second language :) and also I am new to gun too
I got new CZ 2075 Rami the safety version, very excite took it to the range and shoot about 50 rounds every thing go smooth without any problem and it very accurate too. But I notice some thing
some kind of noise like a trigger reset noise every time I fired around, normally I after I fire a round I hold the trigger all the way back and slowly release it until I heard a click of trigger reset and then stop from that point to realign my sight and fire again. With this Rami just right after I release the trigger about 1/64 of an inch I hear 1 click and as I keep release about 3/8 of an inch more
I will hear another click. The second click is my reset point so what is the first click ? it happen all the time even I try to dry fire .
I also own a CZ sp01 I try to dry fire it it does not have this problem. Is there any safety issue with this gun I should be concern of ? I wonder any of CZ rami owner have this problem
Thank you all for any input . I wish I know how to post a short video so you guy can see it.

Welcome to the forum!
I believe that what you’re hearing is the trigger bar springs. Sometimes they are not quite aligned properly, or one leg can even be out of the groove they ride in.
Sorry, I don’t have access to pics right now, but I bet someone will be around shortly that has a diagram. And can explain better than me.
The gun is safe to shoot, it just has that false reset you are hearing. With just slight adjustment to the trigger bar spring legs, the click should go away.

thank you Cntrydawwwg , I am glad to hear that is just a minor problem. I appreciate if you can post a picture to show me where is that , I am new to gun but I think that is some thing I can try to
fix it my self or worse case I will take it to a local gunsmith .
I just went to the range this morning and shoot another 100 round in hope that noise will go away but it did not . so far I have about 150 rounds thru it without any hiccup. Love my new rami.
hope you or some one else can help to fix this issue. Again thank you so much

Here is a reference picture for what cntrydawwwg noted above. You can access the Trigger Bar Spring by removing the grips. As stated, each side of the Trigger Bar Spring should be riding in the grooves located on bottem of each side of the Trigger Bar. If needed you can reposition the hooked ends of the TBS by lightly bending them.
A note on grip removal for the CZ RAMI. Unlike most all CZ 75 variants, the CZ RAMI uses threaded bushings that are screwed into the frame to hold the grips on. These bushings can rotate when the grips are removed and impede reinstalling the grips. Closely inspecting the bushings rotational position and how they interface with the underside of the grips should shed more light on the subject.
From what i have seen on the subject of odd clicks in the action, it is possible for the Trigger Bar or Disconector to shift while the Trigger is pulled in some cases which can generate an added clicking noise. Generally these clicks are not a significant issue, but they do bother people in some cases and can generally be eliminated.
In this picture the Trigger Bar Spring end is riding outside the groove, you want it in the groove. Note: This is not a RAMI pictured but the system is the same.

Thank you Toc36, I did as you suggested , I saw both of the spring is rest on the trigger bar , my nest next question is should and bend it toward the front of the back of the gun ? never done that before, is it easy to break the spring ? thank you
-
If the spring ends are located in the grooves and pushing up on the Trigger Bar i would consider leaving them as they are. If they are not located in the grooves you would be adjusting the end of the spring, in away from the side of the frame or out towards the side of the frame. We are only trying to get the spring ends to ride in their tracks.
Are the ends of your Trigger Bar Spring riding in the grooves on each side of the Trigger Bar?
-
yes they are both on the groove but one of them is slightly pointing away from the frame.

Freeman,
You may need to adjust the trigger bar spring. The left side may have to much upward tension creating your false reset click.
CGW has a good diagram to fix it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BN90-AH5j8uMI2_AYP0XeZKnsi0JSdhl/view?usp=sharing

thank you for the link Tdogg now I can see more clear what I need to do, question is do I need a special tool to bend it ? or can I just use a small plier ?
-
No special tool needed. A small screwdriver can be used to bend the spring leg up or down as needed.

Toby ,it embarrassing to ask but I need to make sure what I am doing is right. I think I got little bit traction the noise is reduce a lot but it still there . I follow the instruction on the link you sent by pushing the right hand spring almost flush to top of the trigger bar and I push the left spring down barely flush to the bottom of left trigger bar. The thing is when I slide it back so it can rest on the trigger bar slot and then push it out of the slot it go back near to the old position before I push it . I think I must use 2 screw driver to actually bend the spring not just use 1 screw driver and push it , is this correct?
the point is I need to make the tension of left spring less than the right hand spring? are they both support to be the same tension ?
I am appreciate your help.
-
Yeah a little trial and error to get it. Whatever tools you need to get the job done. I would use my fingers once the spring is out of the groove. One to support it near the staked screw and one to bend it.
Try not to bend it inward and minimize how far you push it when putting it back in the groove.

Toby
