Title: Not a good range day
Post by: p09TSO on June 27, 2021, 03:12:17 PM
Shot two of my non-CZ plastic fantastic today and I sucked! Didn’t take pictures of the targets either…I guess shooting the TSO can create the bad habit of making you believe you’re so good [emoji4]

Sorry to hear that. It sounds similar to when i shoot my HK P2000 40 S&W. A good pistol, but i have never gotten real good at shooting it. I am not that great with my P-09 9mm, but it requires less effort than the HK.

Have a SIG  that I struggle with from time to time (push to left).  I started shooting CZs because they help me achieve good hits every time.  You should not have to fight your gun either at a match, plunking, or defending your family.  Bottom line is you don't suck at shooting, there are just better guns for you to shoot.  I don't shoot Glocks as the grip angle for me I will always present high, it does not make for a natural point of aim.  SIGs and CZs do fit and I am both faster and more importantly more accurate with them.  CZs can be worked for a more refined trigger and in my hands a little more accurate than the SIGs.  Though I can shoot both reasonably well.

Good luck and keep shooting, we have all had bad days at the range.
