Aside from a recoil spring, what other spare parts would recommend having on hand for the CZ-75? Maybe a couple extra trigger springs? Wanted to have some extra parts for my pistol parts kits.

This is what I keep handy in my range bag parts kit:
Recoil spring (change about every 5K)
Trigger return spring (change once a year)
Extractor
Extractor spring (change once a year)
Extractor pin
Reduced weight firing pin spring (change once a year)
Slide stop (change every 10K)
Fiber optic tubes for when I shoot irons
2032 battery for my red dot
Permanently in the gun is a trigger pin and extended firing pin, both from CGW.
As far as tools, a suitable size allen or torx to remove the grip screws, small punch to remove the trigger pin, and a small dental pick to help lift the sear spring to remove the safeties. Lighter for the fiber optic, and a quarter to unscrew my red dot’s battery lid. Small Leatherman to help hold the TRS in place if I have to replace it.
Rag, mag brush, and lube.
And a spare gun if I’m going to a major match.

if you shoot a lot I would suggest to take a look at barrel bushing, it will wear after 20-30K.
Front sight and front sight pin can become loose.
Trigger bar spring is prone to weird bending sometimes.
If you use any trigger or sight screws it would be smart to have spare.
Safety detent and spring, smaller pins are easy to lose also.
EDIT: if it is some of "B" models, sooner or later, you will lose small FPB lifter spring.
CGW floating trigger pin is good thing to have, it makes assembly process easier.

I have a container or two of parts. All kinds.
So far I can't say I've used any of them.

If you shoot your gun in a match, get another one as a backup. You won’t have much time fiddling around with replacement parts during a match. Having another gun was worth it for me (still have spare parts too). Ask me how I know O0.

Sorry, meant to add more but got interrupted, power went out, lost the internet, etc., etc.
Anyway, I bought parts for specific reasons (CGW barrel bushings, reduced power firing pin block springs, etc., etc. That kind of stuff. But, to help on shipping I'd also buy a few "spare" parts. Whether ordering from CGW or CZ Custom, might as well add a few small parts along with the parts I need for a specific job/upgrade.
So, the extra small parts I ordered were stuff that I hear of others replacing. Springs (large and small). Pins (that don't really wear out but you sometimes lose.) Slide stops.
When I did an upgrade I saved the factory parts for spares. Sears, hammers, sights, barrel bushings, firing pin block springs, hammer springs, hammer spring cups (I always put the lanyard loop plugs in my CZs), recoil springs/guides, grips, anything that was in/on a new pistol and I replaced is still a good spare for an emergency.
When I replace a factory part with an aftermarket part I put the factory part in the bag the aftermarket part came in and use a sharpie to right on the bag/label that it's a new factory "part" with very little use on it.

What are lanyard loop plugs and what are they used for?

It's the mainspring plug (hammer spring plug) in the heel of the pistol. Some pistols like the P-01 have a lanyard loop integral with the mainspring plug.

I have a P07 with a small lanyard loop near where mag is inserted, on bottom of grip. Is that you are talking about?

Thanks very much for this info. I have a pre-B from 1980 and I guess I should probably stock some parts as I find them.
