Title: CGW Lifter Arm Rattle?
Post by: Azerai on September 30, 2021, 03:37:32 AM
Recently polished my internals and purchased the CGW upgrade kit for my P-09. Besides the greatly improved feel of the gun, I've noticed that the lifter arm rattles with light side to side movement. Note: I made no modifications to the CGW lifter and bearing.

See the YouTube video here for a short demonstration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ePY2nAGzmVE

The original roller bearing and lifter arm fit together very snuggly, and thus this rattle wasn't present. Is this normal and expected, or is there something I can do to remove this rattle?

Thanks in advance.

Mine is a little loose but I can't hear a rattle when the gun is assembled.  If you put it together as shown in this video, I think you are good to go.

Yep, followed that video to a T! The pistol runs well and is good to go, just wasn't expecting the loose fit of the roller bearing in the lifter arm with the CGW pro kit.
