The title says it all. What is the best way to touch up polycoat paint dings and scraps?
Please share your secrets.

Perhaps not the best, but it works for me: black enamel nail polish.

Testor's satin black model paint with a tiny pointed brush has worked well for me.

Thank you.
Which paint # did you use?

I just checked my bottle and the label is too worn to get a number off of. I think I've had that bottle for at least ten years. Looking online I didn't see satin offered anywhere so I don't know if they still make it. If yours is a shinier version of polycoat then semi-gloss should work. Or use flat, let it dry, and oil it.

I find that a toothpick works best for small spots. Dip the pick in paint, scrape off the excess, then touch the pick in the spot and let the paint run into it.
