Hi folks. Is there an easy way to find out when my P-10 C was manufactured? Is there a listing of the generations anywhere?
Thanks!

The 2 digit year of manufacture is roll marked on the right side of the slide.

Thanks!! I see it right next to a triangle, and before the serial number!!
I got it on Saturday and still have huge grin on my face from shooting it.

My P10M which I bought at a gun show yesterday, doesn't have a typical CZ date stamp on it.
Neither does the factory sticker on the case.

The USA made guns are marked differently in not having the serial number on the slide and barrel and the other euro markings. I didn't know they don't have the date though. Could you post a pic I'd like to see it.

Interesting that they dropped the year of manufacture from the slide. I wonder if there's something in the serial number that denotes the manufacture date? I guess a call to CZ-USA would be the only way to find that out.

I guess that way, CZ-USA by first omitting SNs on barrels and slides, won’t have to worry about matching slide and barrel to any one frame in the production line and now there’s no year of manufacture to further fret over. Not that other USA-based manufacturers also don’t do it but it’s like they have lost a bit of the classic heritage of CZ guns by omitting these roll marks.

I'm wondering if the last 2 digits inside the slide, "19" are the year 2019. The timing would be about right.

Oh wow, I guess I didn’t receive a US made one. I thought since they were being made here, Czech ones were not being imported anymore.
Besides the serial number placement differences, what are some other differences?

The P10-C and S-F and all other CZ models are still being imported just not the P10-M since it doesn't meet the nonsensical ATF criteria. As I understand it the metal framed guns are still going to be imported just the polymer guns made here.

I haven’t compared each page, but the Czech Manual for the P-10 C has multiple sections for various languages. The US version is English only. PDF sizes are remarkably similar!
