Greg Cote has 97 mags in stocks as of this moment if anyone is looking to pick a a few more extras. They are the factory stock 10 rnd mags.

in addition to the CZ factory magazines, I also run Mec-Gar Witness Large Frame .45 magazines in my 97B & BD.

The Witness magazines with the Tanfoglio marked base plate do not work in my CZs (baseplate is just a little too thick to lock in place), but all the mags (Tan, CZ, M-G) work in the Witness Match .45.

I know this is an old thread, but you say "I also run Mec-GAR Witness large Frame .45 magazines in my 97B & BD", but then go on to say "The Witness magazines with the Tanfoglio marked base plate do not work in my CZs..".   How can they "run" and then "not run"?  Can they be had with different base plates?  If so, how do we identify them to Mec-Gar when purchasing?  Thanks

Well for a moment I got EXCITED! Thought I was getting CZ 97 mags for Xmas!
